Service providers
The current list the Terms and Conditions (Section 7.4) refer to: every outside service this platform sends data to, and what it sends. Each receives only what its job needs.

| Vercel | Hosts the site and runs its server code, so every request passes through it, with the server's logs. Also counts page views (Vercel Analytics), without cookies or a profile of you. |
| Supabase | The database, sign-in and file storage. Accounts, briefs, shortlists, introductions, messages, uploaded files, the waitlist and acceptance records live here. |
| Resend | Delivers every email the platform sends: sign-in and claim codes, introduction notices, message notices, copies of agreements you accept. It receives the address and the message. |
| Our team's email (Google Workspace) — anything you write to us, and the notices the platform sends our team, such as a new waitlist signup. The call-booking calendar, if you book a call. | |
| Anthropic | When enabled, a brief a brand submits — its answers and free text, and the brand name it is filed under so the check can spot it — is read by an Anthropic model to catch anything that would identify the brand to a manufacturer, and to draft the one-line anonymous summary our team reviews. Sent through Anthropic's commercial API, whose terms exclude training on it. |
| Discord | Our team's alert channels. Alerts carry what the team needs to act: for a waitlist signup or a profile claim, the name, email address and company given; for a brief, its title and anonymous label, never the brand's name; for an introduction, the manufacturer's name. |
No payment processor is on this list because the platform does not take payments. When billing starts, the processor is added here before it receives anything.
