If you are a brand
You do not need to email us to be matched — describing the project is the whole process, and it is free. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call and we will walk through what the engine can and cannot answer for your product.
If you are a manufacturer
Two things worth knowing. You do not pay to be in the network and you cannot pay for a better position in a shortlist — the fee is charged on an introduction you accepted, and nothing else.
If something on your profile is wrong, tell us. A mistaken compliance flag or an out-of-date minimum costs you work that would otherwise have come to you, and we would rather correct it than leave it sitting there. Include your company name and the field that is wrong.
If something on this site is wrong about a company
Tell us which company and which claim. Profiles are assembled from public records and public records contain errors; we would rather fix one than defend it.
