Claim your profile

If you are a US or Canadian contract manufacturer, you may already be listed here. Claiming your profile lets you correct what is on it and keep the things no public record holds — your real minimum, your lead times, what capacity you have — current.

Where the profile came from

Public records, mostly federal ones: FDA establishment registration, inspection results, enforcement actions, and whatever your own site says about what you make. Nobody at your company submitted it and nobody was asked to. That is deliberate — a directory built from signups only contains the companies that had time to sign up.

It also means it is incomplete, and the gaps are the fields brands care about most. Public registers do not record what you will accept as a first order.

What claiming gets you

  • Correct anything on the profile that is wrong. Public records contain errors and we would rather fix one than defend it.
  • Publish the fields no register holds — minimums, lead times, capacity, what you will and will not take on.
  • Receive briefs from brands whose projects fit, with the brand anonymous until you say you want it.
  • Decline anything, with a reason the brand sees. Nothing obliges you to answer.

What it costs

Nothing to be listed and nothing to claim. You pay only when you accept an introduction and the brand confirms it — that is the single thing this business charges for. You cannot pay for a better position in a shortlist; the ranking does not know what anyone has paid.

What happens next

A person here reads this. We check that you work at the company before handing over a workspace, which usually takes a day or two — there is no automatic approval, deliberately, because what is behind that door is other manufacturers’ profiles and brands’ live projects.

Submitting this does not create an account and publishes nothing.

Send us the claim

This is how we match you to your profile. It is the fastest thing you can give us.

An address at the company’s own domain is the quickest thing for us to check.

This asks us to look at your company. It does not create an account — a person reads every claim, and we only hand over a workspace once we are satisfied the person asking works there.
