The Supported Countries the Terms and Conditions (Section 1.5) refer to. A business established in one of them may open an account, claim a profile, and send or receive a brief. A business established elsewhere may join the waitlist. Where a country has a schedule in the International Addendum, that schedule applies from the day the country is listed here.
